It is the lowest-risk way to start with AI. You invest in evidence rather than assumptions, and you decide on the next step only when the results justify it.

After the proof of concept
If the results justify it, the prototype becomes the basis of a production solution, integrated into your systems with access controls, logging and human review where required. If they do not, you have learnt that early and at a fixed cost, and the report explains what would need to change.
Either way, the decision is yours and the report stays with you.

The price is fixed and agreed in writing before the work starts, based on the scope we define together. There are no open-ended hourly charges.
What do we need to provide?
A contact who knows the process, a representative set of real examples and access to the people who will use the result. We explain exactly what is needed in the first meeting.
Is our data safe?
Your examples are used only for the proof of concept, under a data processing agreement and in line with UK GDPR. We agree at the start what happens to them at the end.
What if the results are not good enough?
Then the proof of concept has done its job: you find out early and at a fixed cost. The report explains why, and whether a different approach, better data or a simpler solution without AI would work.
Do we have to continue with you afterwards?
No. The report stays with you, and you can use it to plan the next stage with us or on your own.
